The Zoning Department is responsible for the processing of rezoning, variance, conditional use, preliminary and final plat applications and development site plans.  The department provides guidance to all citizens on interpretaton of the adopted Ordinances by the City Council and Board of Commissioners of Eatonton, Georgia.
